Perched on an elevated hillside site, the design responds to the unique characteristics of the site by capturing expansive hinterland views while maintaining privacy from neighbouring properties. A refined palette of natural stone, warm timber and textured finishes complements the surrounding hillside, helping the home feel contemporary yet grounded within its setting.

OUR PROJECTS Cove Project type: Residential Location: Sanctuary Cove, Queensland ABOUT THE PROJECT A calm, contemporary golf-side residence shaped by outlook, light, and refined form. This contemporary residence has been designed to embrace its golf course setting through a clean, modern architectural language and refined material palette. Spanning over 43 metres along the rear boundary, the home takes full advantage of its unique position with expansive glazing that captures the outlook and strengthens the connection between the interior, outdoor living spaces and surrounding landscape. Strong horizontal forms and carefully considered proportions create a calm, understated presence, balancing privacy to the street with an open, light-filled experience to the rear.
