CVA Architects works with homeowners, developers, and investors across new homes, renovations, townhouses, and small-scale unit developments. We provide architectural design and documentation services from early concept through to approvals and construction.
Our approach is not driven by a fixed style, but by the people we work with and the specifics of each project. Every commission begins with understanding our client’s brief, priorities, and budget. Rather than a take-it-or-leave-it approach, we develop the design collaboratively, refining it through discussion and clear communication.
Each project is also shaped by its site. Orientation, surrounding development, planning controls, and physical constraints are considered early and directly inform the layout and overall building form. Design decisions are made in response to these conditions rather than imposed onto them.
We believe well-planned architecture can improve how people live day to day. Through careful planning and practical design decisions, we aim to create homes that function efficiently, feel resolved, and reflect the needs of the people who use them.
